All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union. Additional regions will be available soon.
Returns & Refunds
30-day return policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused or lightly used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging.
How to initiate a return
- Email hello@oxora.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
- Ship the product back using the provided label.
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & save orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. No cancellation fees.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
